Icon-painting Workshop St. Andrew Rublev in Šibenik

In 2003, upon the blessing of His Grace Bishop of Dalmatia Fotije icon-painting workshop St. Andrew Rublev started with its work. The icons, painted by the sisterhood of the Three-handed Theotokos, are being created according to the ancient Orthodox tradition.

Since many churches and iconostases were completely devatstated during the last Civil war, the mere existence of this icon-painting workshop represents a great blessing of our Lord. Having this on our mind, we sincerely hope that this workshop will contribute to the whole revival of spiritual life in our Diocese.
